Yes, we clean On Cloud running shoes regularly. The CloudTec sole and mesh upper require gentle, targeted cleaning — we hand-clean each cloud pod and restore the upper without damaging the engineered mesh.

Yes. Hokas require special care because of their thick foam midsoles and breathable mesh uppers. We use low-moisture techniques to avoid degrading the foam and hand-scrub the mesh to restore breathability without shrinking or warping.

Absolutely — Jordan restoration is one of our specialties. We clean Jordan 1s through 14s and beyond, including leather, nubuck, and elephant print. Our Deep Revival package includes crease recovery, sole whitening, and full lace replacement.

Yes. We clean Yeezy 350s, 500s, 700s, and slides. The Primeknit uppers on 350s require gentle enzyme-based cleaning, while the foam-based Yeezys need specialized surface treatment.

Yes, we clean all New Balance models including the 550, 990, 740, and 2002R. We handle suede, mesh, and leather panels with material-specific products.

Yes. We clean Nike Dunks including leather, suede, and canvas variations. Overlays are cleaned with material-appropriate solutions to avoid discoloration.

Yes. We clean Timberland boots including the classic wheat nubuck style. We use nubuck-safe cleaners and brushes to lift dirt without darkening the material.

Yes. We clean Vans including canvas Old Skools, Sk8-His, and leather variations. Canvas is hand-washed to avoid shrinkage, and waffle soles are deep-cleaned with stiff brushes.

In most cases, yes. Suede and nubuck require specialized dry-cleaning techniques — never water. We use suede-specific brushes, erasers, and cleaning compounds to lift stains and restore the nap without darkening or hardening the material.

White mesh requires enzyme-based cleaners and soft brushes to avoid snagging. We pre-treat stains, hand-scrub with mesh-safe solution, and air-dry to prevent yellowing. No machine washing — that damages the mesh fibers.

Yes. Our Opaque Sole Unyellowing add-on ($19.99) uses a professional-grade UV-activated unyellowing treatment to reverse oxidation on clear and opaque soles. Results vary based on the extent of yellowing.

In most cases, yes. Our Deep Revival package includes advanced stain treatment and whitening for midsoles and uppers. Results depend on the age and type of stain.

We strongly advise against machine washing. The agitation and heat break down foam midsoles, weaken adhesives, and warp mesh uppers. Professional hand-cleaning is safer and far more effective — especially for Hokas and On Clouds.

For regular wear, every 2–4 weeks. For gym use where shoes accumulate sweat and odor, every 1–2 weeks is ideal. Regular cleaning prevents permanent staining and extends the life of the shoe.

Yes. Our Deep Revival package includes an odor elimination system that targets bacteria deep in the insole and interior lining. We use UV treatment and enzyme-based deodorizers for long-lasting freshness.
