Similar to dry cleaners and professional garment care services, CleanKicks Pittsburgh operates under industry-standard care policies. While we go above and beyond to protect every item entrusted to us, some materials carry inherent risks during the cleaning process.

SMS Messaging Consent

By submitting your phone number on any form on this site, you consent to receive SMS messages from CleanKicks Pittsburgh (powered by Twilio) including verification codes, booking confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase any service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. We do not sell or transfer your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

At CleanKicks Pittsburgh, every pair of shoes that comes through our door is treated with genuine care and respect. We are passionate sneakerheads who understand how much your shoes mean to you — financially, sentimentally, and stylistically.

Pre-Existing Condition Acknowledgment

By submitting your shoes or goods for cleaning or restoration services, you acknowledge that CleanKicks Pittsburgh is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions present prior to the service. This includes sole separation, glue failure, prior discoloration, cracking, yellowing, tears, fraying, or structural weaknesses.

Color, Dye & Material Limitations

Certain materials, dyes, and finishes respond unpredictably to cleaning agents — even professional-grade, pH-balanced solutions. Fading, bleeding, color transfer, or tonal shifts can occur. While we take every precaution, CleanKicks Pittsburgh cannot guarantee against natural color changes resulting from the cleaning process.

Limitation of Liability

CleanKicks Pittsburgh's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for the replacement value of the item, sentimental value, market value, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Unclaimed Items

Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after the completion notification date will be considered abandoned. CleanKicks Pittsburgh reserves the right to donate or dispose of unclaimed items after this period.

Consent & Agreement

By dropping off any item for service — whether in-person, via partner pickup, or through any other intake method — you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
